These terms apply to services provided by Retro Smile at 2831 Camino del Rio S #205, San Diego, CA 92108, and to use of myretrosmile.com. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Retro Smile provides cosmetic teeth whitening sessions in our lounge, private room, and VIP room. Prices, packages, and room availability are shown on our website and in our Square booking system at the time of booking.
We stand behind our work: guaranteed results or it's free. If a client completes a full session as directed and does not see an improvement in shade, that session is free of charge. The guarantee requires that you follow the pre-treatment and aftercare instructions given by your technician and complete the full in-office session.
Appointments are scheduled through our Square booking system. Please arrive on time so your full session can be completed. Cancellation and rescheduling policy placeholder — owner to confirm final notice window and any fee before publication.
Payment is processed through Square at or before the time of service. Package sessions are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Teeth whitening at Retro Smile is a cosmetic service. It is not dentistry, not a dental service, and not a substitute for care from a licensed dentist or physician. Our staff do not diagnose or treat dental conditions and cannot give dental advice. Clients self-apply the whitening product under guidance.
As a standard precaution, we do not treat pregnant women. If you have active dental issues, recent dental work, gum disease, or any medical concern, consult your dentist before booking. Individual results vary; crowns, veneers, fillings, and other restorations do not whiten.
Client videos and photos shown on this site are real clients and are used with permission. Results shown are individual experiences and are not a promise of identical results.
